Afterwards, participants will have the opportunity to compare the different types of sake and experience how the taste changes with the use of different sake containers.
how to enjoy comparing sake tasting
1. About Sake
We will learn about the history and how to enjoy sake, which has had a close connection with the gods and the wish for a good catch in Japanese culture since ancient times.
2.Comparison of Sake
Participants will enjoy the difference in taste by comparing 3 types of 30ml sake (Honjozo, Junmai, Ginjoshu) and 2 types of 30ml undersea aged sake (unaged & aged).
3. Differences in taste depending on the sake cup
Using plastic cups, cups, and wine glasses, participants will experience how the taste of sake changes depending on the vessel used.
